Young people kindergarten - twelfth grade, and adults

Theme: "Your pet's (or animal's) visit with the Veterinarian"

Idea Examples:

Pet sitting in the waiting room

Pet being examined by the Veterinarian

Happy pet going home after illness

Divisions:

1. Kindergarten, First and Second grades

2. Third, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth grades

3. Seventh, Eighth, and Ninth Grades

4. Tenth, Eleventh, and Twelfth Grades

5. Adult - Any Age Past High School

Prizes: Four places awarded in each division

First-$35, Second-$25, Third-$15, Fourth-$10

Picture for Art Entry:

Pencil or Ink drawing, Black & White, Colored or Painted

Use heavy 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper

At the top of the picture: Print the title of your work

At the bottom of the picture: Print Bad Axe Animal Clinic

On the Back of Picture: Print your name, address and phone number, school, grade, art teacher

If you want picture back: Please include a stamped self-addressed envelope (with the correct postage)

Entries must be submitted to Bad Axe Animal Clinic by May 15th, 2010
